Katrina paid attention to detail following Sentara's commitment to improving health every day. She was the only one who took the time to analyze the situation and come up with a solution to "the problem," all while keeping my loved one's dignity. In a nutshell, Grandma was treated with dignity and respect. Although Katrina's actions may not be seen as a big deal to others, for my grandma and my family her attention to detail meant the world to us! We appreciate the fact that she took the time out of her busy schedule to meet my loved one's needs. Katrina gave Grandma and amazing "spa" treatment, that was topped off by finding a hospital gown that would fit Grandma's small stature. She took the time to find a children's gown. That gesture brought a smile to Grandma's face. It's the little things that matter and in the end add up! Thanks again for your awesome care.
