Drew showed excellence in complete nursing care. He was considerate and respectful in manner and speech. He stands out as being respectful and caring as he cared for my son our first night here. Drew was a great first impression.

Drew is a very hard-working RN who always provides the best care to his patients. He is always taking care of spinal cord injury patients who do not have the ability to write DAISY Award nominations and since he works night shift no family members are present to fill out the form and recognize his incomparable excellent care for his patients. So I took the liberty to nominate Drew for his hard work that has been unrecognized for years. He always goes the extra mile giving great nursing care. One time he had a quadriplegic who was so anxious and called him 20x that night. No exaggeration. Drew did not give up answering the call light. He made him feel secure, less anxious, comfortable, and pain-free. He has that special touch and soft sweet voice that makes patients feel relaxed and sleep well every single night. He is a great patient advocate as well, he always thinks of the patient's welfare. Drew is the ultimate team player. He answers everyone's call lights and unselfishly helps his coworkers pass meds or carry out orders. He is indeed an angel on RIO. We are so blessed to have him on our floor.
