Lourdes showed exemplary care by noticing I needed extra care and that my sister came from out of town. We needed to be in a bigger room. Therefore, she was able to put us into a room that could accommodate us both. Lourdes went out of her way to make sure my sister was comfortable and that she had something to eat because my sister is diabetic.
I have a large family. We needed to rotate the family and loved ones. My son came from out of town to see me and did not bring his identification. Lourdes made sure he was okay to come and see me.
Lourdes cleaned and cared for me and I felt special. I told my family that I am being treated like a "Queen" thanks to Lourdes!
