Heather is the most compassionate nurse I've met. My dad was in the same hospital where his 10th great-grandchild was being born. Heather understood the need for my dad to see the baby and ensured dad's walk included seeing the baby. This is a memory our entire family will treasure forever. When dad decided to forego aggressive treatment, Heather ensured his transfer to his new room included another baby visit. She knew from her limited time with dad that he would not ask for any special consideration no matter how much he wanted it. She cried with us knowing what his decision meant. If I ever need hospital care I hope I get a nurse as caring as Heather!
