Barbara Lamb is exceptional as a nurse in the Breast Center at Albany Med. She took care of me prior to my Lumpectomy and again today, several months later, for a biopsy of my right breast. She explained everything to me the day before by phone. She was so thorough, caring, and compassionate. She was with me throughout the biopsy and held my hand. She imparted information to me in a way that was just right. I told her I'm a church organist and she shared with me a discussion of some songs in Catholic churches. Everything she told me to expect was perfectly correct. Her love for her work and knowledge level were apparent and exceptional. She helped me immeasurably today, and also in February.
