Holly Troxell showed my mother a tremendous amount of respect and empathy during her stay at BRMC. My mother has some depression and while she was staying for pneumonia, she was having anxiety attacks. Holly was considerate and genuinely empathetic with her during these times. Talking with her and giving her encouragement to help until the attacks would pass.
Holly took time to get to know my mother and they shared stories. My mother had a strong bond with her by the end of her stay. Holly was always prompt, courteous, and ready to assist her with whatever her needs were at any given moment. Holly would answer all questions that we had as her family. She was always very knowledgeable about what was happening and informative. If she saw something or noticed my mother having any discomfort, she was never afraid or hesitant to call the doctor.
