I am not a person who visits hospitals and doctors regularly. So coming in today for my procedure had me extremely nervous and uncomfortable.
Mariamma immediately walked into the room and put me at ease. She was kind and funny. Laughing was not on my list of expectations. Her kind personality and quirky humor make her a great fit for this position. Creating a friendly warm environment in such a scary and sad place is a miracle in itself.
