My mother was admitted with swollen painful legs. She was checked for blood clots. The test came out negative. My mother had Kelly Creech-Woolcott as her nurse for 2 days. Kelly came in several times a day to check her legs and lungs. Her meds were given on time and Kelly explained what each med was for. She was very friendly and courteous. She didn't take her lunch break until my mother was comfortable and resting. I have never had a nurse that was so attentive. Elderly patients are very needy and lonely, but Kelly listened intently to all of my mother's needs and concerns. She was off duty the day that my mother was discharged, and we weren't able to tell her how much we appreciated everything.
