My daughter had pneumonia with fluid around her lung. She had to have 2 separate surgeries placing drainage tubes into her lung; they were 6 days apart from each other. Erica Fisher has been very attentive to my daughter's needs and her signs of distress. These signs are the reason we had the second surgery.
Erica was making phone calls to the doctors, keeping them well-informed of how my daughter was doing. She was making sure that our next nurse knew what was happening. She also asked for extra assistance when my daughter was struggling during her extubation. Erica has been completely professional yet very caring and loving towards us. We can't wait until she comes back from her days off! She has also been very informative about my daughter's needs and the care that needed to be performed. She is an exceptionally loving, caring, and knowledgeable nurse. We are blessed by Erica.
