Ruth was prompt to answer all my questions and treated me gently and with respect. She was courteous and remained professional at all times. She didn't seem to tire and was quick to get me anything I needed without hesitation. Her smile and jolly nature lit up the room and brought a bit of hope to an otherwise gloomy stay. Ruth made me feel like I was her only concern at the time. Ruth is a valuable asset to the hospital as well as to the patients.
