My wife landed back on 3 West and each day I was greeted by the staff. One nurse stood out from the rest, Jim Goldschmidt. Jim gave me a full update on how my wife was doing and was very informative on the medications and her needs of the day. I feel that extra care is given to patients that Jim is assigned to because of the extra time and patience that he offers. Even when the floor is buzzing with commotion, Jim seemed to never make us feel we were putting him out. This experience makes a family member confident and secure while their loved one is in the facility and away from home.
