Teresa is often the first and last contact our patients have each day. Often our patient, as well as their parents, are highly anxious about treatment progress and events at home. I receive the patient program evaluations at discharge and Teresa is universally highly rated and most of the time families go out of their way to write a specific verbal comment on how wonderful Teresa's care was. Our program has outstanding outcomes with over a 95 percent top box satisfaction and great clinical outcomes, the results are largely attributed to Teresa's care and compassion. I could fill a book with patient and parent praise for Teresa. Finally, she is a strong advocate for her staff and encourages and supports work-life balance, resilience, and self-care.
