My story is about Ruth Limon. She was not my nurse, but her compassion, dedication, and professional behavior to her patient are excellent and need to be rewarded. Every time Ruth came to see her patient, she noticed how restless and in pain I was. She took a couple of minutes to take care of me and make me comfortable. She also made sure she turned me from side to side. Ruth never said, "You are not my patient." She understood the needs of the patient at the moment they ask for help. Ruth knows how to evaluate the need of the patient and acts as needed, like in this case. Please give her my thanks and tell her not to change with time. Ruth does honor her profession.
