My scheduled C-section was pushed back and I was already feeling anxious about my upcoming delivery. And then Emily was there to ease any worries I was experiencing. She was an amazing example of what every nurse should strive to be for their patients. She was super-friendly and sweet, professional, efficient and extremely compassionate. She made Valley Presbyterian Hospital a special place by helping me feel at home, safe, secure and aware of every step that was happening throughout my delivery. I truly felt like I was with a family member any time I was being assisted by Emily. She treated me like a V.I.P. and I was even a bit sad when her shift was over. Emily helped me feel that the birth of my daughter was just as important to the staff at Valley Presbyterian as it was to me. That's how you do it! Ten stars for Emily!
