My mother was admitted to the ICU and Claudia Alvarado was the night nurse during her stay. Any time she did something for mom, like cleaning or moving her, she always talked to mom and told her what was happening. This was huge for me; Claudia's bedside manner shows that she cares about people. My dad and I took turns sleeping in the room with mom and Claudia brought us warm blankets. When mom passed, I asked for Claudia; she came and gave her condolences and went into the room to say goodbye to mom. I believe Claudia went above and beyond her call of duty and I will forever be grateful for that.
