Mamie was kind and compassionate, always with a smile. She listened to my comments and questions patiently. She explained things well and didn't make me feel like she was rushing me. She set the tone for me before and after surgery.

Mamie acted as a mother figure, explained everything that she was doing, very professional, trusting and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better person during my pain experience. In my eyes, she is the perfect 100%. We need more nurses like her.
