I am not a patient who has had the pleasure of speaking or working with Christine Burke RN team Lead at Keizer Station, but I have witnessed and heard her interact with members on a daily basis. I would like to provide my perception as the voice of a member and say that Kaiser Permanente could not have a better, stronger more compassionate and focused nurse as I have witnessed in this woman. Chris takes the time to talk to members, and understand what they are asking for, she always checks for understanding and will not be diverted from reaching out to other departments to meet member needs. She is caring and empathetic and you feel as though she is a part of your family gently and graciously caring for you. Members know when she has touched their lives and they are better for it.
