Barbara is always willing to go above and beyond her floor duties as a nurse. I've personally witnessed Barbara assist her patients to get to pharmacy, transfer to other floors, meet their needs however necessary. Barbara shows what being a nurse is about regardless of the sacrifices she has to make. She always puts our patients first always with a smile to assure her patients are completely satisfied with their care and needs are being met. Barbara consistently displays integrity to her patients, very committed to excellent care, always advocating for her patients' needs no matter how big or small - small as giving her patients a fork instead of a spoon. She respects the patients. Despite the level of care or competence, Barbara respects her patients. She always provides excellent service - she uses her personal cell phone to receive calls if there is a shortage of phones. Barbara always displays exceptional nursing care.
