Mica treated me with the utmost respect, dignity, kindness and compassion. It was like I was his only patient. I am quite sure he treats all of his patients the same way. He has a broad smile and a gentle demeanor and when he said he was going to do something he got it done! He is a definite asset to this unit and the hospital on the whole. First class gentleman all the way!

Although all of our nurses were excellent Mica stands out as showing all of the characteristics which exemplify the "top of the notch". During critical times he portrayed great professionalism and skills as well as great compassion and kindness.

Mica has been my nurse more than once. His ability to listen is a God given gift. I am always fearful and depend on my iPad and laptop to ease the pressures. When my laptop mouse got lost Mica went, on his own time after he got off, and got me a new mouse.
