Nicole Scott is awesome!
Nicole is great to work with. Her work ethic is amazing and I wish we could clone her. She takes great pride in her work and great care of her patients. We have several patients who are difficult to understand and she is always willing to take their calls or return it promptly. Some of the patients get frustrated but she always does a great job to unruffle the feathers. She is always willing to help our patients with physical or mental disabilities. We have one patient that she escorts out to make sure he gets in his vehicle ok. She even takes care of Dr. W's patients when needed and is very efficient when she does. She never doubts herself which makes us have the utmost confidence in her.
