My experience at Clear Lake has been exceptionally awesome with the staff on the 3rd floor ICU department. I had an especially amazing experience with one of the nurses and her name is Jeanette. She is so genuine and awesome. She is very friendly and professional. She has a very warm spirit. She encouraged me to go and spend some quality time with my daughter on Saturday and that she would take good care of my husband. Jeannette really did take good care, as well as, all the other nurses I had. I remember asking her if she was going to be there for the next 3 days. Because I was thinking, I could go to church on Sunday. She did encourage me to go but I slept late. I mentioned something to her about me going to the washateria on Monday and she offered to wash my clothes. However, me being the person I am I would not let anyone wash my clothes. She reminded me that she was off on Monday and I could come over to wash my clothes. I kind of brushed it off but made sure I got her number and I decided to go. So when I talked to her I asked her if I could take a hot bath and she was like sure. Jeannette has no clue how she was a blessing to me. She made me feel so at home. I knew this was the Power of God. She allowed me to be a part of her family, which is priceless. I will forever be grateful for the blessing she shared with me. She even fed me a grand meal and had a snack for when I got ready to leave. I told her I am personally adopting her family as my family. She had no clue at the time, not only was it refreshing but also needed as my lights and water were off at home. So I will forever be grateful for her spirit. The world needs more people like her in it.
