Ashley, you bring so much joy, love, and encouragement when I am around you. You have one of the most genuine personalities. So down to earth and full-heartedly care and it shows. Your positive energy is contagious. Becoming a nurse is your calling. You bring that sense of comfort, relax and positive energy into every room you walk into.
I remember the first time you were scheduled to be my nurse and I knew right away this chemo session won't totally suck because Ashley is my nurse and we laughed/smiled the whole time.
You do so much more than just take care of people. You are part teacher, part motivational speaker, and part therapist. You play these roles great. You come into contact with so many individuals daily and believe me you make a difference in each one of them. I know this job can be stressful and you may go some nights feeling exhausted. I know the feeling well as I am a foster care social worker. Truly thank you for everything you do and thank you for keeping me going with a smile on my face.
