Jake was polite, attentive and took time to help my husband and I log into WIFI with our laptop from home. We are not tech-savvy but Jake was patient with us and explained clearly the procedures and tips to us. Yet another great team member here at Penn Partners.

Jake always made sure that medical issues were brought to the doctor's attention. He followed through when there was no change/relief until problems were solved. He is a voice for patients. A patient's advocate for care. He wants to be involved and is always in a pleasant, uplifting mood. One paragraph is not enough to state all that makes Jake extraordinary.
