Terquillia is always willing to come out of the office and take a patient or relieve staff for a lunch break. She jumps right into patient care and sets a great example of leading a unit by example. Her positive attitude uplifts the unit and keeps the staff motivated when morale is low. She comes in in the middle of the night to help staff.

She is a great resource for new grads. When orienting a new grad recently, Terquillia was always available to talk about progress, concerns, and development. Even when her time is limited, she makes time to ensure nurses are heard and supported.
