Jordan is outstanding! She has a great eye for detail and always keeps an eye on our patients to ensure the best care and safety. She performs her job role at the highest level. Jordan is also great with the patients and they love her. She goes above and beyond to make sure the patients are taken care of and have a great experience with Mercy.
Today was an exceptional day as we had a patient crashing and Jordan was able to keep the patient and her family calm as she transported them to the ER for further evaluation. Her sharp nursing skills identified the blood pressure dropping quickly and she was able to get the patient transported safely and efficiently. Jordan is great at anticipating patient and family needs as well as things I may need/want to ensure the best visits for our patients in the clinic. I can't say enough good things about her.
