There are no words to describe how wonderful of a nurse she is, but I will try. Cindy is incredible, whenever we need help with something or the patient, she had no problem doing it and when she does it she does it with a positive attitude. In just the little time we've known her we have grown to love her. Cindy is the most special nurse we've met.

Cindy, I would like to commend you for the excellent care you have provided to patient CT and all your patients in general. While you were in orientation, I observed your professionalism, your compassion, your courtesy and how hard you tried to accomplish your work so that you can provide the best care to your patients.
This is not the first time I received positive comments from patients and their family members regarding how wonderful Cindy has been with them. And let me tell you that other DAISY nomination forms expressing how great Cindy is were received and submitted and I am sure more will come.
