I have come here before and every so often I get Laura as my nurse. This nurse has a smile, a tender heart and great social and bedside manner at all times. When I'm at my worst, she seems to take the time to listen and if needed, she acts promptly and accurately. Not everyone is suited to be a nurse, but she is!
