When my mother came to this facility, she was scared that if she fell asleep, she wouldn't wake up. We shared her fears and he quickly took action to make her feel comfortable and reassured. One by one. This was a scary time for her. Each procedure she was to have done, he would sit by her side and explain what was to happen and why. He held her hand and spoke directly to her, we listened as he explained. He comforted her with his explanation and clear expression. During her complete stay here, he was thorough and kind as he followed procedures. When she needed to be transported from the bed to the chair and back again, he educated her on how to do it comfortably. As he laid her back in the bed, he did it so compassionately, never forgetting the pain she was in, and held and supported her neck as well. He was friendly, thoughtful and kind and all-around very competent and respectful. Day to day as she got better, he kept up to date on her progress and was an amazing blessing to my mother and our family. My mom's favorite flower is a DAISY!
