I was in a horrible work accident and after multiple surgeries, I became addicted to pain pills. Karen was extremely knowledgeable about addiction and, even more, is my appreciation of Karen's heart for me as an addict struggling with life after this work accident. She made me feel "human" again and that she would stand beside me even if I failed. Karen was extremely caring, understanding and supportive. Thank you for your professional service.

Karen is an awesome RN who is a credit to her profession! Every time I come in for my appointments she greets me with a BIG smile and always wants to know how I'm doing. I can tell by the way she interacts with me she genuinely cares about me. I sincerely believe it takes a special kind of RN to do the MAT Program. She is professional and kind, caring, empathetic and highly knowledgeable about the disease of addiction and treatment. What I like is that I can open up to her without being judged!

I have never met a more nurturing, understanding, respectful, empathetic and supportive nurse in my entire life. My visits are always 100% motivating. Karen sometimes gets more excited about my progress than I do. She definitely makes me want to prove to myself, my family, and friends that I will succeed in life. All and all, Karen motivates me to want to be a better friend, son, brother, person.

Nurse Karen has made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. Even when my girlfriend at the time wasn't nice to her. She stayed very professional and talked about the situation. I believe and I will go to Karen with any problems I am having. When I ask a question she's right there looking at me in the eyes.

Karen, my "MAT" nurse, is absolutely incredible. I've now been sober for almost two months. She is not only a nurse, but she's a friend, a "sister" and a counselor! She listens to me and actually cares about what I'm saying. She helps solve so many of my issues, not just related to the visit. I can call her Monday through Friday if I need anything or someone I can talk with. She does not shame me in any way and I can always be honest with her. I absolutely owe Karen my life. If I did not have her I don't know if I would be alive.
