I have been in the hospital for the last month between Sierra View Medical Center and another facility. During that time, Mari was kind and efficient and always taking her patient's needs into consideration. I had a dressing change and I liked to shower and receive pain medication prior to dressing change. It seemed to be very difficult to get nurses to correlate their time with my time to get this done. This was never an issue with Mari; she spoke to me, listened to me and got things done. Mari was the best nurse I have come across, she needs to be recognized for the great work she does. Whenever Mari was my nurse, I felt such relief knowing that my pain will be controlled and I would have a restful night.

I'd like to recognize Mari for the care she provides to her patients. When I am able to work with her she is constantly busy and in and out of patient's rooms making sure they are tended to and all needs are met. She is never afraid to call for help or to call doctors, any time of the night when she feels the need. Overall she is a caring and compassionate nurse.

My dad was critically ill and admitted to Sierra View Medical Center, whenever Mari was assigned to my dad, I was able to go home with peace of mind. Thanks, Mari for being such a wonderful nurse.
