Nurse extraordinaire!! We cannot say enough about this charming, smiling, very hard working young man! There were a lot of difficult situations that arose that particular Saturday evening when my husband was admitted to the hospital. Jordan was exceptionally busy but he kept his composure and his smile at all times. In our case, our "roommate" was having a very bad time of it. The doctors and nurses were in the room all night long. I was trying to sleep in the chair next to my husband. Neither of us slept at all the entire night. But Jordan kept apologizing to us for the commotion and was constantly checking up on us to see if we were ok. By daybreak, he so empathized with us that he said he would try to get us moved into another room. When another nurse came on shift, the two of them got us moved for which we were so grateful. We were on the 8th floor Saturday night until Monday night and his care never wavered. He is a very deserving young man and worthy of any accolades he gets!

Jordan exemplified all of the characteristics of an outstanding nurse. Always professional but friendly. Attentive to his patients' needs and often anticipating them. Compassionate, knowledgeable and available. If I were to be hospitalized again, I would definitely want him as my nurse!!
