Andrea made a difference in my care the moment she started caring for me. I was very scared and in a lot of pain; just having surgery to remove a tumor from my bladder and finding out I have cancer. I was lying on my side crying, and Andrea knelt by the bed to talk to me and let me tell her why I was afraid and where my pain was. She took the time to listen to me and reassure me I was going to be ok. That day she checked on me every 30 minutes, made sure I had no pain and everything I needed to be comfortable. She was my nurse most of the time here and she is the most caring, polite, and loving nurse I ever had.
Andrea came in with a smile and a good morning with a positive energy every day! And if she wasn't smiling she made sure she made me smile before she left the room. She is definitely doing what she was born to do! She is an angel; I was blessed with her care.
