We would like to express our sincerest and deepest appreciation for the care given to our son, R, during his 54 day stay at Princeton Medical Center. This was a devastating and heart-breaking time for our family and we appreciated the dedication and words of encouragement from all those who had a part in R's care. It was with dread, at times, that we entered the hospital not knowing what else might go wrong or if R's condition was worsening. We were often tense entering his CCU room. One person stood out for us during this difficult time. We instantly knew who was on shift when we saw hospital gloves filled with ice chips placed strategically on R's body, like healing hands to lower his body temperature.
Jason was here, which instantly brought smiles to our faces. He would greet us in his cheerful way and we'd watch him meticulously arrange the room and place his supplies for the night strategically on the tables. His concern and compassion were evident in not only the attention he paid to R, but to us as well. He constantly reassured us that R would get better, but it would take time. And that it did. After 54 days, our son is leaving today. Thanks to all who had a hand in R's recovery, most especially Jason Ou who gave us hope.
