I just cannot say enough to express the positive experience we had with Tamela while trying to get my husband admitted for his scheduled surgery. She had to do all my husband's admitting paperwork twice, because we had to reschedule his surgery. She never complained. When we came to get him admitted the second time, there were many problems with my husband's blood. She made many calls to all my husband's surgeons (after hour calls) to do whatever it took to make it happen. She made us both feel like it was the most important thing in the world. She was very kind and just a pleasure to be around. She even followed through after he was admitted and she came to see us on her lunch break. Tamela is awesome!
