Ryan is a compassionate and caring RN. We asked for him for all three nights. He took the initiative with mom's pain meds for her to start her 'pain phase' and he was tuned in to how often she needed meds. The way he treated my mom as so gentle, tender and caring. He made sure our family was taken care of as well; he made us feel like we were a package deal. He always explained everything with patience and addressed our questions and concerns.

The wife of another ICU patient said that Brown always took time to explain the beeps and noise so I wouldn't freak out. He also had a great rapport with my husband. They both like to watch the television show Scrubs.
