Orlando is a person you can count on to return messages and phone calls promptly. He always takes the time to address issues with kindness. If he says he's going to do something, you can count on him doing it. He really shows he cares no matter how silly the question is. When you see him in the waiting area, he will always come up and say "hi" even if we aren't there to see him that day. You can tell he takes his job seriously and that this is not just a job for him but that he really cares about his patients and their family members.

Orlando has provided us with outstanding service and exceptional care. His positive attitude and extraordinary clinical skills have proven to us he is a champion team player. This is our 2nd recurrence of cancer and I know things will be easier and less stressful to have clinical nurses such as Orlando on our side providing us with information and care every step of the way.
