Having been a patient at Simi Hospital on several occasions, I have been under the care of Juana on several admissions. She is a most delightful person, who is able to maintain a cheerful, positive attitude at all times while keeping a professional and confident manner. She has gone out of her way to provide me with reassurance and act as a thoughtful liaison when contacting my physicians for help with issues or concerns. She is always caring and empathetic. She has excellent communication skills and is an outstanding advocate for me. Juana is always anticipating my needs and acting with accuracy and detail, and she always acts with compassion. Despite a very busy and demanding schedule, she makes me feel as if I am the only patient she has! She always has a smile while relating to me. She is amazing!
