Being in the hospital is never a fun experience and can often be very scary. My diagnosis has left my husband and me with many questions and worries. When my nurse Laura Cilli came into the room, we had an automatic feeling of comfort and reassurance. Laura showed compassion for me and took the time to make us feel at ease about upcoming procedures. She was sure to inform my husband about my status when I was taken for my procedure and helped him understand what was going on. Laura is very professional, kind hearted and very personable. Laura went beyond her duties to make us feel comforted as well as making sure everyone else was having a good day. Her positive energy and attitude made the stay less stressful. Laura is a caring nurse who's dedication to her patients inspires hope and healing.
