I am currently a patient in the RTF clinic. Amy was one of the very first staff personnel that greeted me. From the very moment she introduced herself, she was exceedingly professional. There are many different people being admitted to the residential treatment facility that are in various stages of their addiction; not all are the easiest personalities to get along with. Despite the diversity of these patients and their preconceived notions about the program, Amy greets and interacts with everyone with a smile and genuine concern for each individual's needs or issues.
Amy demonstrated commitment and compassion on a daily basis simply by lending an ear to all patients who feel the need to talk, no matter how big or small the problem. Amy advocated for the patients on various topics in order to ensure the best atmosphere for treatment is established.
As I result, I have personally seen significant changes to patient's attitudes and their willingness to fully participate in the program. Amy is a true asset to the RTF and this program.
