We recently had a patient that was admitted in the CCU. The patient had supportive family that spent a lot of time here and was able to really get to know the staff.Vicki cared for this patient on multiple occasions and built a trusting relationship with them.Vicki was caring for this patient on the day before and the day of a difficult procedure.The procedure was not scheduled to take place until after Vicki's scheduled shift.Vicki did not hesitate to stay to be with the patient and family during this difficult time.Vicki stayed with the patient during the whole procedure and still came back to work the next day to take care of patients.
