My husband was a patient in the MICU. While he doesn't remember her, as he was on a ventilator, Senna will always be remembered by our family. Her care and concern for our loved one was so appreciated, and she helped to calm our fears. She took care of me as well, with a cot so I could stay by my husband, as well as making sure I had rest and something to drink. There is no doubt in my mind that my husband's life was saved at OHSU from his severe pneumonia, ARDS, and septic shock, and it was the whole team that brought him back to our family, including great nurses like Senna. We are forever grateful!
