Ashley has shown professional interest in my wellbeing and while treating my wounds 3 times a week. She follows progress and gives appropriate and relevant feedback but is careful to minimize and virtually eliminate pain, discomfort, and suffering. She will not hesitate to touch my shoulder or hold my hand to reassure me and shows deep compassion. She knows her job and often voices her actions to patients to reduce anxiety.Ashley often communicates with the family and is very tactful in her bedside manners. She also uses the same tactfulness professionalism, compassion, and care with other staff who work around her.
