Today was our 2nd time at Porter within 15 days, and Giovanna was our nurse both times. She is very professional, yet human. She spoke to our level and did things to make it easier, for example, she shaved his arm so his arm hair wouldn't be pulled out later by the IV tape. She shared experiences that gave us comfort. She was funny, energetic, and very complimentary on how my husband looked this time after having a previous surgery. She was a huge source of comfort to us.
