I came to Arkansas to be with my son and daughter-in-law for the birth of my first grandson. We meet their nurse, Carlie, when we arrived at the hospital. Carlie would come into the room with the most positive attitude. She was always smiling and sharing words of encouragement, telling them "you got this" and you are doing a great job. With her attitude, she helped calm the nerves of new parents with a baby born 4 weeks early. She answered all of their questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner. When it came time for the first bath, she helped set everything up and talked them through the whole thing, congratulating them on a job well done. "You got this" she would say. Seeing the way she interacted with my kids made me feel at ease and helped keep them calm. Carlie is a true DAISY Nurse.
