Julie was our nurse during our stay at SSM St. Joseph when we had to be taken for a C-section with the delivery of our child. We were struggling with the delivery process and she helped calm us down and talk us through when things felt overbearing and difficult. We also had a difficult family member that caused stress and undo drama during the process. Julie was very professional and helped control that situation to keep me less stressed and stay focused on getting our child here with minimal issues! She deserves kudos for her ability to adapt, remain professional and still provide exceptional care!!
