Monday was my first day post-op and both my wife and I are nurses with 30 years' experience together. We could tell right away at the beginning of the shift by Chloe's professionalism and caring attitude that my nursing care was going to be top-notch from the beginning. One hour into her shift it was obvious that I was not going to be able to urinate post-operatively. She quickly went into action to get my bladder drained in which I urinated 1200 mL from the in-and-out catheter she placed.
I immediately felt tremendous relief. Chloe was so professional throughout the procedure and maintained perfect sterile procedure. The rest of the 12-hour shift she was amazing. She kept me comfortable and made me feel like I was the only patient she was assigned to. She kept me well informed of what was going on and was one of the best nurses I have ever had the experience to meet. Thank you, Chloe!
