Mrs. Pointer's professionalism was always present, but her personal kindness and caring for me as a patient went a step further. She was kind and considerate of an old man who was unable to walk. Superb nurse!!
Here I am finally well enough to write to you to single out a number of people who were so helpful and skillful to me when I had had a traumatic fall and crushed my femur head and hip and was in serious condition. The nurses were my lifeline to being able to overcome my condition and go to therapy and return to my home and after a long struggle, begin to walk, unaided by all but my trusty cane, again.
