Jessica is one of the most amazing nurses I have ever met. She took care of the sickest patient on my list. Surprisingly, Jessica did not even call me once regarding these concerns. In fact, I had to call her to double-check that things were truly ok on her end. She was extremely easy to work with, levelheaded, smart, and she honestly did the majority of the work in helping this patient get better. If it weren't for her lab draws, her patience in dealing with the patient, her ability to troubleshoot, I don't think the level of care would have been as advanced for this patient. She is an amazing nurse and deserves recognition in any shape, way, or form. I hope I can be as competent at my job as Jessica.
