Nurse Sarah pretty much delivered my baby girl. She was so supportive of my desire for an all-natural/med-free birth. She checked on me but really didn't interfere - she encouraged me to move around however I needed to get comfortable. I arrived at the hospital at 2 pm and around 4 pm I thought emptying my bladder would help. Sarah checked and I was at 8cm. Before I could get up, my water broke and the baby crowned. It was Nurse Sarah who was there! I actually asked if Sarah could be listed on the birth certificate! My baby was born at 4:24 pm - happy, healthy, and very quickly. It was the birth we wanted and I'm just so glad Sarah was there to catch!

Everyone was very nice to us and everything went very well. In particular and first and foremost it was our nurse, Sarah, who created the most wonderful atmosphere and the best, most safe environment in the delivery room. She was the most gentle and kind support we could have ever dreamt of. Throughout the entire process, she was always so knowledgeable, calm and patient and made both my wife and I extremely comfortable. Sarah is an exceptional communicator and she kept us up to date with all the necessary information. This significantly contributed to us feeling safe and comfortable. Sarah is an outstanding team member and representative of TMMC, we are forever thankful.
