Rhonda is a compassionate nurse who helped with a patient with autism. He and his parents had come from another facility very distraught and he was in a lot of pain and discomfort. The night shift team sprang into mode and Rhonda was able to soothe his fears by playing scenes from Harry Potter on her phone and playing Eagles music, which are his favorites. The parents were very appreciative of all of the care that Rhonda provided.
They wrote and quoted Winston Churchill in a letter, "We make a living by what we do, but we make a life by what we give." I think this speaks volumes to the care the Rhonda provided not just that night but every shift that she works for her patients. Thank you!
